Returns
We accept returns in the event you change your mind as long as the goods are unopened, in a saleable condition. You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to make this decision. In the event you are going to return items to us please email info@amoursparkles.com to let us know to expect your return or call our team directly on 01902 471706.
Returns are to be posted to 2 Century Drive, Willenhall, West Midlands, WV13 2JH.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage back to us. A full refund will be returned to you within 7 days of receiving the goods in saleable and unopened condition. If the goods are not saleable or have been used we reserve the right to refuse a refund request, however this is subject to management decision.
Goods you cannot return
We do not accept returns of products which have been opened or show signs of use.
Faulty Goods
The Consumer Rights Act means any products you buy must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
We provide 30 days from you receiving the product to make a claim to us for a faulty product. The easiest way to report a faulty product is to call our team on 01902 471706.. Alternatively you can email info@amoursparkles.com. We may ask you to provide photographic proof for the damage/faulty item. In the event it needs to be returned to us we will ask you to post us the product and reimburse the cost of postage once a receipt of postage has been sent to us.
PLEASE NOTE ANY INCONSISTENCIES WITH ORDERS YOU HAVE RECEIVED, MUST BE REPORTED TO US BY EMAIL WITHIN 48HOURS OF YOU RECEIVING YOUR ITEMS, IF IT GOES PAST THE 48HOUR TIME FRAME, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO DEAL WITH ANY SUCH REQUEST.
