Standard UK delivery charge is £5.99
Standard delivery to central Scotland is £7.99
Standard delivery to Highland & island Scotland is £9.99.

Local Pick-up is for our address only.
It is NOT a click and collect collection point.
If you select the local pick up option but are unable to collect your order from our address you would need to pay the correct shipping charge.
If you wish to cancel your order due to this there will be a £2.50 charge.

In the event you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the order has already been dispatched you are responsible for sending it back to us at your own cost, the goods must be sent back in a resalable condition and unused, otherwise, we may not be able to refund your order.
If you have received your order and wish to return it, you have7 days to do this by, after the 7th day has passed, then you notify us of return, this will not be able to be fulfilled. If you would like to return, please email us at email@example.com where we will be happy to help. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us (as also stated in terms and conditions)
Refunds will be processed accordingly, minus the shipping charges. Providing items are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition, otherwise, we may not be able to refund you for the items. We will keep you updated with any of the above by email.
